OUR STORY
Back in 2012 our life seems so easy. We had a three year-old daughter, but somehow our family did not feel complete. Another baby was the plan. You can imagine our surprise when we learned that we would be having twins. The news quickly sank in that we had been triple scoop’d!
Raising three kids in the city was a bit challenging. In 2015, we decided it was time to move. Park Ridge called our name and we quickly settled into this welcoming community. Jim continued his daily commute downtown often driving past the empty building on Devon. He realized that the space could be perfect for his business. The city preferred a retail presence in the front of the building and solving that became our challenge.
In what now seems to be a serendipitous coincidence we were introduced to the Capannari family. And yet another piece of the puzzle quickly came together! We are proud to be working closely with another local family owned business to serve you the best ice cream.
What we once thought was our biggest challenge changed everything for the better. Take it from us some people love one scoop, others are brave enough for two, but we dare you to live on the edge and follow our lead. Life is better when you get “Triple Scoop’d.”
